The difference between AdamX and what I think is useful for us is that it's already distilled. It's not about our team going through recordings and extracting verbatims, but it's already all condensed in the same spot. This is a competitive advantage over doing qualitative research, because the most expensive thing for us is to recruit users for so many different user personas that would be statistically significant.
